Denis Pinet, Senior Associate, boasts an extensive background in information technology and more than 25 years of experience acquired at companies such as Pratt & Whitney Canada, where he held the position of Supplier Quality and Productivity Improvement Manager. He also worked at Bombardier as Six Sigma Director for the company’s worldwide Aerospace division. Denis’ expertise in Lean Manufacturing, his superb talent as a facilitator and his sharp business sense will ensure the effective implementation of mandates that will propel your organization to where you want it to be.
Francis Hébert, Senior Associate, holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales and a Master's degree in industrial engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal. Francis has over 12 years of experience in finance, quality and productivity improvement, which he acquired while working at such companies as Pratt & Whitney Canada, AlliedSignal Aerospace in Los Angeles and Bombardier Aerospace, where he served as Six Sigma Master Blackbelt. Down-to-earth and action-oriented, Francis has a knack for simplifying things and ensuring that all the tools and concepts he teaches are easily accessible to users. The result is that individuals contribute their maximum, achieving and even exceeding improvement targets. The nearly 200 improvement projects that he has implemented, facilitated or coached to date have given Francis a very broad vision in terms of applying the different tools and concepts to almost any context.
